The bahm model is a tool to analyze the potential impacts of hydrological changes in land development projects and to grade structural solutions to mitigate the increased stormwater runoff in these projects. The software was developed in three counties in the San Francisco Bay Area: Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Clara.

ALMANAC model is a practical model, which was first used as a part of EPIC model to simulate the decline of land productivity caused by soil erosion. ALMANAC model can simulate crop growth process and soil water balance process, including: light interception by crop leaves, biomass accumulation, biomass distribution in different organs of crops, full utilization of water by crops, absorption of nutrients, and constraints of environmental factors on crop growth process, such as water stress, temperature stress and nutrient stress. The partmc model is developed to simulate the evolution of aerosol particles in the atmosphere. Atmospheric aerosol particles are usually composed of complex mixtures of different chemical species, ranging in size from a few nanometers to tens of microns. Partmc model is very suitable for particle analysis because it can solve the whole synthesis space explicitly without any prior assumption of particle composition. Since the composition of each particle determines the optical properties of aerosols and the ability to form cloud droplets, these details are very important for determining the impact of aerosols on climate.

Topoflow is a powerful and spatially distributed hydrological model with a user-friendly click interface. Its main purpose is to simulate many different physical processes in a watershed, and its goal is to accurately predict how various hydrological variables will evolve in response to climate forces.
