%X This data set is the total control of hulugou basin surface runoff at hulugou basin outlet hydrological section of Qilian station in 2014 (ls45a rotating cup current meter produced by Chongqing Huazheng Hydrological Instrument Company is used for measurement). The artificial evaporating dish is 20cm diameter standard artificial evaporating dish, and the precipitation is 20cm diameter standard rain gauge.
