%X Wind energy is the kinetic energy generated by the large amount of air flow on the Earth's surface. Due to the different temperature changes and water vapor content in the air after being exposed to solar radiation on the ground, it causes differences in air pressure across different regions. In the horizontal direction, high-pressure air flows towards low-pressure areas, forming winds. Wind energy resources are determined by wind energy density and the annual cumulative hours of available wind energy. This dataset mainly serves the exploration and preliminary wind energy resource assessment stage of wind power development, which is the stage where meteorological observation stations have not yet been established on site. It is also a powerful tool to help the government fully understand the potential of wind energy resources in various regions.
