%X This data set includes glacier area data from 1957, 1960, 1976, 1985, 1993 and 2009. The long-term positioning and fixed-point observation were carried out by the Institute of environment and Engineering in cold and dry areas, the State Key Laboratory of Cryosphere science, and the cryosphere observation and experimental research station of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.
