%X This dataset is global ocean surface temperature data from 2002 to 2019, measured in degrees Celsius, with a monthly time resolution and a spatial resolution of 0.041 °. It is generated by using the temperature depth and observation time correction model for calibration and combining the daily in-situ SST data from two infrared (MODIS and AVHRR) and three passive microwave (AMSR-E, AMSR2, Windsat) radiometer and the daily satellite SST retrieval data. The accuracy evaluation shows that the reconstructed dataset shows significant improvement and can be used for analyzing mesoscale ocean phenomena. This file consists of 19 parts:1) SSTG metadata. docx: This file; 2）XXXX_ SSTG.rar: It contains data for SSTG. It contains 18 folders (one per year). Except for 2002_ The SST folder has 6 images, while each other folder has 12 images (one scene per month). XXXX is the UTC year. Each stage consists of two files, including. img (SSTG image) and. hdr (image coordinate information). Naming convention for SSTG: The naming convention for SSTG datasets is yyyymmdd_ Yyyymmdd. img (or hdr), where yyyy is the UTC year; Mm is the UTC month; Dd is UTC Day
