The three technologies have been applied in practice: the non-contact fixed-point ice jam radar system has been installed in the shiquaternion bend of the Yellow River. Two ice flood seasons have been continuously monitored from 2019 to 2021. During the ice flood season from 2020 to 2021, after 13 manual comparisons, the average error of ice thickness monitored by the radar is 0.012m, and the change of ice jam water level at the first sealing position of the Yellow River from 2019 to 2020 has been successfully monitored, sending out the warning information of river closure; The airborne ice measurement radar system carried out ice thickness measurements on 20 and 7 large sections of the Inner Mongolia reach of the Yellow River in 2020 and 2021 respectively; The ice jam image intelligent analysis system has identified the ice jam density and ice jam speed of the video images collected by the UAV and the fixed-point radar system in the shiquarterback bend of the Yellow River, and obtained the change trend of the ice jam density and ice jam speed in the bend.
