%X This data table is the volume water content and temperature data of soil profile (0-5, 10, 20, 40 cm) of 56 soil temperature and humidity observation stations within the range of 1 °× 1 ° (31-32 ° n, 91.5-92.5 ° E) in Naqu area of Qinghai Tibet Plateau from 2013 to 2015. The time resolution is half an hour. The original data of soil volume moisture content and soil temperature are obtained by EM50 soil temperature and humidity observation system, and the original data are generated through strict correction steps.
