%X The data set contains the automatic observation data of trunk sap flow of Picea crassifolia forests with different diameter classes in the Pailugou watershed of Qilian Mountains. The observation sample is located in Majiao Township, Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. The longitude and latitude of the sample are 100.29°E, 38.55°N, and the altitude is 2765 m.  The data set contains two excel files : the trunk sap flow data table of Picea crassifolia forest in Pilugou watershed of Qilian Mountains and the investigation information table of 2700 trunk sap flow trees in Pilugou watershed of Qilian Mountains.
