%X The data set of DEM elevation model of one kilometer in Heihe River Basin is based on the data interpolation of 1:250000 digital contour and elevation points published by the National Basic Geographic Information Center (http://ngcc.sbsm.gov.cn) to generate DEM grid data. Through DEM, a large amount of surface morphology information can be extracted, which includes the slope, slope direction and the relationship between cells of watershed grid cells. It is an important raw data for watershed research.
