The water depth inside the bay varies greatly (20-80m), indicating significant changes in the seabed topography. The sediment characteristics vary significantly among different sedimentary areas. In addition, the bay is located in a high cold zone and has a completely different sedimentary environment from the mid latitude and low latitude sea areas.
