%X In this paper, 194 cases of malignant melanoma of head and neck mucosa without distant metastasis were retrospectively analyzed to explore the effect and failure mode of the comprehensive treatment mode of surgery combined with radiotherapy, and analyze the factors affecting the prognosis, so as to provide reference suggestions for the treatment of the disease, so as to further improve the treatment effect of the disease and find a better treatment scheme.
