Validation of multi particle beam combined with biological intensity modulation therapy scheme: combined with the corresponding RBE data, CT, PET-CT and f-MRI functions were performed to delineate the target area. Single particle (photon / proton / carbon ion) and multi particle (photon combined proton and carbon ion) were used to design the target area respectively, optimize the dose of biological intensity modulation, evaluate the dose distribution and the surrounding normal tissue, and design a multi particle beam therapy scheme based on biological effects
